1. Acceptance of Terms:

By accessing and using the online English programme, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the service.

2. Refund and Cancellation Policy:

a. Refunds: Refunds may be issued in accordance with the following conditions:

      – Full refunds will be provided if a cancellation is made within [7] days of the initial purchase and the online programme has not been logged into and no teacher sessions have been booked.

      – Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for cancellations made after [7] days.

   b. Cancellation Policy: You can cancel the course at any time but for refunds the above applies.

3. Teacher Booking Policy:

   a. Lesson Scheduling: Lessons can be booked through the teacher. Users are responsible for scheduling lessons within the available time slots in agreement with their teacher.

   b. Cancellation of Online Lesson: Once an online lesson is booked it should not be changed so please ensure you can be available for the lesson once it is booked. In exceptional circumstances where it is impossible to attend, once booked, users must provide at least [48] hours’ notice for this cancellation. Failure to do so will result in the lesson being charged and not rescheduled. 

4. Behaviour Policy:

   a. Respectful Conduct: Users are expected to engage in respectful and courteous behaviour during online lessons. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate conduct is strictly prohibited.

   b. Termination of Services: The programme reserves the right to terminate the user’s access in the event of repeated violations of the behaviour policy.

5. Computer Processing Requirements:

   a. Minimum Requirements: Users must ensure their devices meet the minimum processing requirements outlined by the programme. Failure to do so may impact the quality of the online lessons.

   b. Software Updates: Users are responsible for keeping their operating systems and browsers up to date to ensure optimal performance.

6. Other Hardware Requirements:

   a. Audio and Video Equipment: Users must have functioning audio and video equipment, such as a microphone and camera, for effective participation in online lessons.

   b. Internet Connection: A stable and reliable internet connection is essential. Users are responsible for ensuring their internet connection meets the minimum requirements for seamless online learning.

7. Problems with Internet Connection:

   a. Technical Issues: The programme is not responsible for issues related to the user’s internet connection. Users should troubleshoot and resolve such issues independently.

   b. Lesson Interruptions: In the event of a lesson interruption due to technical issues, the programme will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the lesson.

8. Other Relevant Terms:

   a. Compliance with UK Law: Users agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the United Kingdom concerning online learning and data privacy.

   b. Modification of Terms: The programme reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions. Users will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

9. English Level

  1. You should be around IELTS 5 or CEFR B1+ level to get the most out of the course.
